You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or refund. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
โ Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with tags still attached.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
โ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products (if any)
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Worn, washed, or damaged items not caused by us
๐ Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at faizankhanuit@gmail.com with your order details.

Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified via email.
- Weโll inform you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.
โฑ Late or Missing Refunds
If you havenโt received your refund:
- Recheck your bank or credit card account.
- Contact your credit card company and then your bank (processing times may vary).

๐ Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you:
- Youโll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- Once received, a gift card/code will be sent to you via email.
If the item wasnโt marked as a gift or the gift was shipped to the purchaser first, the refund will go to the original buyer.
๐ฆ Return Shipping
To return your product, please mail it to:

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method or shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
