You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or refund. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.


โœ… Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging with tags still attached.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

โŒ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products (if any)
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items not caused by us

๐Ÿ”„ Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at faizankhanuit@gmail.com with your order details.


๐Ÿ’ธ Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  1. You will be notified via email.
  2. Weโ€™ll inform you of approval or rejection.
  3. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.

โฑ Late or Missing Refunds

If you havenโ€™t received your refund:

  • Recheck your bank or credit card account.
  • Contact your credit card company and then your bank (processing times may vary).
  • If the issue persists, contact us at faizankhanuit@gmail.com.

๐ŸŽ Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you:

  • Youโ€™ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • Once received, a gift card/code will be sent to you via email.

If the item wasnโ€™t marked as a gift or the gift was shipped to the purchaser first, the refund will go to the original buyer.

To return your product, please mail it to:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method or shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
